I have two Misdemeanor Possession Charges (both capitalized to show how very *serious* I take that crime and both 10 years old... and also, both within a month of each other for what thats worth.... )
AND I have one recent Public Intoxication arrest from a night of X-Mas merry making.
Heh... good times.
Anyways...so I'm not going to get to live in the 'Great White North' eh?
Or even visit?
(sniff sniff)

Sun, November 1, 2009 - 12:15 PMI don't think these are 'indictable' offenses. Honestly, I don't even know why these are considered a barrier to getting into Canada. They might as well tell you that you can't visit England because you had a chocolate bar in your pocket.
Have you talked to an immigration lawyer? -

Mon, November 30, 2009 - 5:38 AMI haven't...I've been diverted from my Canadian Mission for now.
But I agree...pretty silly 'offense' that is treated way to seriously.
